Like the food, not the politics.

I first had Chick-fil-A when I went there with my day program in January, and I've really wanted to go again since the food there was so good! Unfortunately, a lot of liberals refuse to eat there because the owners oppose same-sex marriage. I mean, I think the owners are in the wrong for opposing same-sex marriage, but it's not going to stop me from eating there. Personally, I don't care what their higher-ups think. I mean, you don't have to agree with the owners' political views to eat there. It makes me sick that people on the Internet assume that everyone who likes Chick-fil-A is homophobic and hyper-religious. (Then again, young people on the Internet seem to hate fast food in general.) I'm not a Bible-thumper or a homophobe. Heck, I count as LGBT myself since I'm bisexual.

BTW, when I first went there, it was pretty busy and full of people, including a lot of young people, and there aren't exactly many Bible-thumpers where I live. I live in New York, a "liberal" state. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people I saw there that day were LGBT rights supporters and/or atheists. We should keep food out of politics and just enjoy the food.
